Summary
Chapter 6 opens inside the Taylor-Georgiou family's Metaverse home, where Zoe is alone with their MetaChild son, Lenny, and urgently calls for her husband, Dimitri. He is still pulling on his haptic suit in the Real World, but he logs in quickly and finds Zoe in the nursery, flustered and holding a handful of mess. She had received a Push notification for a nappy change, started the process, but forgot to grab a fresh nappy before the baby produced a warm, smelly surprise. Dimitri laughs, pointing out that they are being livestreamed and that viewers are sending red hearts in amusement. Zoe is mortified, worried she'll look incompetent, but Dimitri reassures her that she looks like any parent dealing with a newborn.
